Recruitment and Selection (20%)
- Keep track of and improve the recruitment efficiency of the recruitment team
- Develop and implement recruitment process for achieving professional standard
- Work with oursourcer to ensure human resource sufficiency in a lowest cost
Compensation and Benefits (40%)
- Manage all compensation related issues, including working timesheet, payment of salaries, social insurance, personal income tax, contract termination and other requirements with relevant authorities
- Monitor PIT, Social Insurance/Health Insurance/ Unemployment Insurance of the company
- Build up the company’s salary structure, KPI for the whole company and appraisal system (performance of department and key persons)
- Recommend HR budget and manage HR budget approved
- Negotiate salary and benefits based on individual’s experience and performance
Employee Relations (30%)
- Develop, update, review and follow up company policy, procedure and regulations in accordance to the Vietnamese Labour Law
- Handle employee relations, deal with and follow up employee suggestion via “employee meeting”
Training and development (10%)
- Build up orientation training program and other training courses and personal training roadmap
- Set up and operate HR system based on digital/automation
- Manage the HR team via allocation of work, providing personal development and performance appraisal of the individuals.
