RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, probation evaluation, exiting, etc.
- Advising the Board on HR strategy, personnel structure in medium and long term to ensure the development of the company
- Motivating and retaining staff
- Coordinate and organize meetings, company outings and team building activities
- Source candidates using various methods and tools, including the company career site, social media
- Consulting, proposing, developing systems to ensure the effective implementation of management functions, HR efficiency and creating a professional, effective working environment
- Make yearly, quarterly and monthly plan on recruitment, training and HR development
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager
