Mô tả công việc- Department: Account Department (Events and Activities)
- Working time: Full time
- Role: Leadership team and account service team to successfully manage projects beyond the needs and requirements of customers.
- Report: Report directly to the head
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Understand the business of the customer and create new ideas for proposals that meet the needs and expectations of customers.
• Responsible for the overall project management process and actively advise clients on the best solutions for successful project management and implementation.
• Receive brief information directly from the customer
• Organize meetings with relevant departments (Innovation and Design, Planning, Operations, Supply Chain)
• Work with Development Activities to develop and implement Event and Activation plans.
Responsible for events and activities from start to finish and ensure business results / profitability of the project.
• Forecast budget and costs before the project
• Support the negotiation team with the customer / supplier
• Ensure the contract is signed on time.
• Plan and assign tasks to team members
• Work with business planning and development teams to develop new business proposals.
Track the Active Unit to run Events and Triggers.
• Handling emergencies and unforeseen conflicts among team members and other departments.
• Training skills for the team.
• Track group progress.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction and support to the team.
• Other duties as assigned by the Head.
Yêu cầu công việcKnowledge:
• Good Activation / Event management
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet tools
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing/Business Administration/ Professional Communication or related field;
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• At least 02 years experiences as Account Manager- Event& activation with strong execution background (preferred in marketing/event agency & multinational environment).
