* Key Accountabilities: - To attend to Account Services: Account opening, Cash, Cheque and others over counter transactions. As a customer fronting officer, to maintain high level integrity, efficiency and professional to meet customer’s banking needs and requirements. - Ensure timely submission of reports to HO and local regulatory authorities * Job Duties & responsibilities: - To process opening/closing/updating accounts and also fixed deposit accounts. To ensure that the application forms and supporting documents for account opening are properly completed. - To process cash withdrawal / deposit, cheques and other counter teller works timely and accurately. - To attend customer’s inquiries via telephones and at bank counter. - To check daily account services reports, ensure all daily transactions are accurately processed and captured in systems. Report discrepancies, if any, to supervisor promptly. - To maintain filing documents properly. - To ensure timely and accurate preparation of reports to Head Office and local Regulators. - To perform other duties as assigned by Team Lead of T&O from time to time.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Account Services / Operations. - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Manage relationship with customers - Conversant with desktop applications eg Word & Excel - Fair competency in written and spoken English
