Assist Administration and Human Resources Manager to implement Human Resources programs and ensure smooth operation of Human resources activities and Administration system.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
oReception: Answer/transfer phone and greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner.
-Participate in the life of the office, in meetings and information sharing activities, to work closely with other employees in order to create and maintain a healthy environment.
-Maintain the quality of the office and arranging for necessary repairs to ensure the office in good working conditions. Supervise cleaners/ cleaning services to ensure all the standard requirements are met.
-Arrange visa, work permit for employees.
-Plan & follow up budget. Prepare and monitor monthly Admin and HR
oEmployee Engagement & Company Events:
-Propose & implement Happy Friday programs. Ensure high quality of logistics arrangement for engagement activities including: National Meeting; Incentive Trip; Family Day and CSR programs.
oRecruitment and onboarding:
-Ensure smooth running of onboarding process according to onboarding checklist. Propose and plan change when needed.
oLearning and development:
-Develop integration plan for new members and ensure its implementation.
-Provide logistic support for training. Ensure that training documents are aligned with quality process.
oCompensation & Benefits:
-Calculate payroll. Ensure that benefits programs are well delivered to employee. Maintain its up-to-date status.
-Research and analyze benefits plans, programs, and policies. Make recommendations based on data analyses to ensure that compensation and benefits plan addresses employee’s satisfaction and competitive.
-Ensure that all legal requirements including social security, PIT and related subjects (if any) are met.
oEmployee database management:
-Provide timely employment and termination formality services to incoming and outgoing employees such as employment registration/termination, personal files and social security a/c transfer and necessary documentation;
-Establish & ensure that all employee data files are updated, accurate and aligned with company quality process.
Any other tasks or duties assigned by the management.
