Mô tả công việc- Assist Chief Representative Officer to start up establishment of NongHyup Bank new branch.
- Establish and manage good relationship with local authorities and government offices.
- Answering the telephone, receiving and greeting guests/visitors;
- Doing interpretation during meetings and field visits as required
- Arrange air-ticket and hotel accommodation for the expats
- Plan and order things for Office using such as stationery, office tools & equipment, drinking water, etc.
- Translate documents as required
- Conduct market research and related reports.
- Support Chief Representative Officer in internal and external relations;
- Prepare necessary administrative and legal formalities related to operation of Representative Office;
- Prepare and make visa, work permit, temporary residence card for expats.
Yêu cầu công việc- Fluent in Korean
- Education/Major: Bachelor in Banking, Economics, Commerce, Finance…
- Ability to work independently.
- Soft skills: MS Office, communication skill, good command of written/ spoken English (Korean is an advantage), good organizational skills and high attention to details
- Others: High responsibility, trustworthy, active, enthusiastic
