Collection: Send payment/reminder/warning/termination notice and receipts to purchasers by emails and phone calls. Liaise with Sale to push for payment collection. Collect all payment extension request, interest waiving request and update to Management to seek approval and feedback to purchaser. Follow up payment and report aging cases (if any). Send handover notice and follow up payment with Accountant.3. Sales support: Support Sale in house and Agents to get Sale Documents (Quotation/Deposit Agreement/Sale and Purchase Agreement) signed. Contact and handover signed Deposit Agreement/Sale and Purchase Agreement to Purchaser/Sale/Agent. Keep track daily/monthly DA/SPA signing status and update to Management.4.
