Equipment training
- Prepare training documents.
- Translate (English <-> Vietnamese) documents when necessary.
- On-site training support.
- Interpret (English <-> Vietnamese) during trainings when necessary.
- Do training reports.
Technical support to customers
- Deal with technical requests from customers.
- Troubleshooting when necessary.
- Do technical reports.
Assist with sales & marketing activities
- Prepare presentation documents.
- Translate (English <-> Vietnamese) documents when necessary.
- Meetings with customers and do presentation when requested.
- Interpret (English <-> Vietnamese) during meetings when necessary.
- Do sales & marketing reports.
Administration
- Record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, including source of business trends, future predicted sales and other reports as directed.
- Ensure an efficient tracking system of all leads, quotations and sales progression.
- Up-keep of a customer database.
- Product training.
- Compliance with safety requirements whilst on projects for company.
Other duties
- Assist with arrangements and coordination for training of equipment and floor construction along with other ANCON staff members.
- Liaise at all times with all ANCON Beton members.
- Encourage repeat business by networking with current clients and their colleagues.
- Provide input and ideas into marketing initiatives and subsequently promote these initiatives and monitor responses.
- Maintain and develop contact with professional bodies and potential clients through attendance at networking and promotional events.
- Wear appropriate business attire at all times.
