BAA Training Vietnam is looking for an experienced FSTD maintenance engineer, who will help startup the training center and support smooth day to day operations by ensuring proper technical maintenance.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
• Plan and perform simulator tests according to regulations;
• Hire qualified team members and manage their work.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities of FSTD and IT equipment;
• Ensuring maintenance is performed according to a highest industry standard;
• Represent the company in regular mandatory audits;
• Supervise maintenance component supply, inventory control, and FFS related documentation.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the company in all activities of establishing a training center and developing business.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Assist Managing director with daily duties;
• Answer potential customer queries via phone, email and social media;
• Participate in meetings with potential clients, partners, government institutions and service providers;
• Take part in implementing internal Group policies and processes into BAA Training Vietnam Co., LTD;
• Support the development of the training center in Ho Chi Minh city.
