+ Control production at injection molding area - Arrange manpower to follow production plan. - Control matrail loss follow production norm. - Make production record. - Make production monthly report. + Mold Maintenace - Make mold maintenance plan for production. - Make trouble report and countermeasure when have trouble. + Other Job asigned by Manager.
• Leading team to establish and implement the preventive maintenance plan for all machine and equipment.. • Daily following up to ensure team implement properly the preventive maintenance schedule. • Managing the spare part storage. Identify and solve operational problems with new equipment, solve operational failures directly with the suppliers of tools. • Analyse the manufacturing process continuously, in order to identify areas with opportunity for improvement. And work in coordination with others to improve the productivity of the entire plant. • Play the key role in continuous improvement activities. • Others as required from Manager.

- Responsible for issuing Invoice to Clients. - Booking the cash, bank and reconciliation in the end month. - Booking the salary, insurance and PIT monthly. - Inventory control: Follow and input the in/out stock note oversea and domestic. - Reconcile the inventory of material and merchandise in the end of monthly. - Following the receivable status & reconciliation the receivable to Clients & the liabilities related to warehouse. - Collect red invoices from suppliers, booking invoices. - Prepare the report of VAT monthly, using invoice every quarter. - Control the fixed asset and depreciation. - Other task assigned by Chief Accountant.
