Mô tả công việc

A. PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Business HR Executive delivers day-to-day HR operational services across the business and acts as an initial HR contact point for employees & business managers to exchange the routine employment related information.
B. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. HR Data management & reporting:
• Maintain up-to-date Human Resource Information System records, personnel files and company organization charts;
• Prepare and compile HR related reports as and when required;
• Play role of Workday data contact point for Vietnam
2. Employee benefit administration:
• Coordinate with relocation & formality agents in supporting expatriates with housing, schooling, work permits or visas matters upon their assignments/ appointments.
3. Initial HR Contact point:
• Work closely with departments to assist line/business managers & employees to understand and implement policies and procedures;
• Coordinate and organize new-employee orientation/ induction programs periodically;
• Administer and coordinate employment related activities/documentations including but not limited to probation assessment, employment contract issuance & renewal, termination clearance, and exit interviewing…;
• Provide administrative supports/ advices to Managers & employees throughout PEx (Performance Excellence) process as well as conduct the completeness audit for each step of the process;
Assist in preparing internal staff communications including Recognition & Rewards, Personal Update, Bereavement, etc…;
4. Others:
• Support Talent Acquisition team in the selection process of designated job grades and/or positions;
• Assist Business HR Partner in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with statutory and corporate compliance frameworks;
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education: A bachelors degree in Business Management;
2. Industry Experiences: FMCG, Services, Trading, Nutrition & Pharmaceutical
3. Position Experiences: 4 year + experience in Human Resources
4. Language: Good command in English both oral & written
5. Computer: Proficiency in Ms Office Suite
6. Knowledge/ Skills:
• Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of HR Operations or HR partnering;
• Effective oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision;
• Ability to persuade & influence others;
7. Others requirement:
• Self-starter;
• Willingness & open to learn new things;
• High adaptability
