Job Purpose: Accomplishes technical sales development and marketing activities for all BITZER products by researching and developing opportunities and plans; implementing technical sales plans; manage technical and application of engineered sales. Job Duties: Include but not limited to the followings: • Initiate, propose and deploy marketing plans • Provide technical supports to customers as appropriate. • Achieve technical sales objectives by communicating technical support, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing projects in hand; • Recommend application plans and reviews; prepare quotations; resolve technical issues; identify and report trends; recommend and determine system improvements. • Search project leads and inquiries, customers’ requirements, build up customer database and customer relationships. • Meet sales budgets and initiate corrective actions as directed by superiors. Accomplishes technical sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating field sales action plans. • Determines annual plans and forecasting for responsible areas; plan for expected supports for existing and new products; • Analyze trends and results; monitor competition, supply and demand and competitor’s activities. Identify marketing opportunities, customer requirements; define market, competitors share, strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business. • Coordinate and support technical training and development of BITZER regional requirements. • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on technical opportunities; coordinating new product developments. • Sustain technical rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities for the Company’s relevant products. • Accomplishes marketing and organization missions by completing related results as needed. • Provide timely and appropriate feedback that focuses on those technical things that will make the biggest difference in Company performance; reinforces efforts and progress of technical support activities. • Protects organizations value by keeping Company information confidential. • Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
