- Coordination of quality assurance topics for suppliers located in the province Can Tho as well as surrounding provinces such as Kien Giang, Hau Giang, Soc Trang, Tra Vinh, Ben Tre, Long An, Ba Ria-Vung Tau and Ho Chi Minh
- Active monitoring, reporting and supervision of the entire production process from raw material reception to final packaging
- Pre-shipment inspections of final products at the factory
- Sampling for laboratory analysis and coordination of samples and results with local laboratories
- Visits and monitoring of shrimp farms and feed mills
- Collaboration with local team and with head office in Switzerland
