• To build up a new call center with scale of 20-30 staffs including: Tele- marketing Leaders, Telesales staffs and other supporting positions. Build up back up headcount/recruitment plan to maintain the smooth operation of call center. • Maintain the workflow process in tele-marketing team: generating lead (qualified couples attending Company’s event) on basis: daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) • Do training, coaching • Data monitoring to make advantage of usage in order to increase call result, • Advise BOD on tele-marketing strategy to achieve call volumes, event bookings, targeted clients, etc • Propose BOD of salary, bonus scheme to motivate staffs and increase performance metrics

- Working with the management team to design and implement a marketing plan - Lead team to execute: Digital marketing, POSM marketing and other offline advertising campaigns - Plan and execute all marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns - Design, build and maintain our social media presence Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs) - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience - Following and collecting the information of the market (its trends, competitor’s activities etc.)

• Daily Accounting and Financial management • Maintain General Ledger & Trial balances w/t end of month reporting and reconciliation • Liaise with other departments for Accounting documents and Information • Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements • Prepare report P & L, Balance Sheet, and Budget monthly • Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with business strategic planning • Controlling and managing Cash Flow forecasting and controlling income and expenditure • Support Management and Planning to establishing business plans and yearly plan • Developing and managing financial systems/models • Implementation and maintenance of Accounting Information System • Work with auditors on quarterly and annual audits • Bank Account Reconciliations. • Year-end Analysis, Schedules preparation for review. • Issue VAT invoice based on the PO information • Collect cash and handle bank transfer. • Performance other administrative tasks as required • Cum HR (advantage)
