1. Business

3. Management

- Recommend assessment of distributor performances of Son Dong Ha Noi branch & their S-Agents network to develop their capability and business standard.
- Provide trade marketing information and reports on performance and accounts to ensure that the Regional Manager and the brand marketing team are fully informed at all times.
4. Relationships
- Develop strong working relationships with key business partners (Distributor: Son Dong) and keep business relationship with others important partners involved with BAT business such as North Food Co, factories: Hai Phong Tobacco Company).
- Establish close working relationships with the trade at all level in order to gain high levels of trade support and loyalty whilst enhancing understanding of the trading environment. I. Business

1. Business
• Execute the daily production schedule (cigarettes & filter rods) to meet monthly plan of production.
• Coordinate with PMD Manager to ensure the availability of cut tobacco for daily SMD operations.
