- Hỗ trợ các công việc hành chính trong phòng Nhân sự.

- Improve production facilities, reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns and develop strategies to improve overall reliability
- Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
- Work with end user to make and implement maintenance & calibration annual plan for equipment.
- Support and prepare work instruction, checklist and calibration / verification procedure for equipment if necessary
- Make a list of spare parts for each equipments; ensure sufficient spare part for each equipment.
- Monitor and supervise the activities of supplier relate to equipment maintenance & renovation
- Conducting in-house & external calibrations for BV and it’s customer; responsible for calibration report generation, maintaining all assigned test equipment and assuring equipment is in calibration.
- Continuous improvement: LEAN & 5S at working place.
- Working time: Monday-Friday at Industrial Zone, Dist 02, HCMC

- Calculate price and send report to clients

- Input price to Invoice system

- Generate invoice

- Update new instruction of client

- Make Proforma Invoice

- Answer requirements related invoice and price from customer and Sales team.

- Update policies, regulation about invoice

- Supporting job-related to invoice when staff in team off

- Make the other jobs once team leader request

- Working time: Monday- Saturday: 08:00-17:00

- Working location: Lot C7-C9, C Street, Cat Lai Industrial Zone, Thanh My Loi Ward, Dist. 2

- Theo dõi và quản lý hồ sơ nhân viên một cách có hệ thống và cập nhật kịp thời các thay đổi có liên quan trên hệ thống phần mềm quản lý nhân sự

- Đảm bảo các yêu cầu tuyển dụng được hoàn tất

- Lưu trữ hồ sơ các tài liệu liên quan đến Phòng Nhân sự, theo dõi và thực hiện các hoạt động thanh toán, tạm ứng với bộ phận Kế Toán theo yêu cầu.

- Tham gia và hoàn thành đúng yêu cầu các dự án, các công việc khác thuộc chức năng nhiệm vụ theo phân công

- Tìm kiếm mẫu, đơn hàng và kiểm tra kết quả từ phòng thí nghiệm

- Làm From kiểm nghiệm, chuẩn bị mẫu

- In các chứng từ liên quan, kiểm tra đơn hàng khi hàng về

- Hỗ trợ cập nhật thông tin khách hàng vào hệ thống

- Hỗ trợ các nhân viên Chăm sóc khách hàng những  công việc admin khác

* Thời gian làm việc: Thứ 2-Thứ 7

- Nhập thông tin giá được tính vào hệ thống & xuất hóa đơn 
- Cập nhật thông tin điều chỉnh của khách hàng khi có thay đổi
- Phản hồi các vấn đề về hóa đơn với khách hàng và các bên liên quan
- Cập nhật các chính sách và qui định mới về hóa đơn
- Hỗ trợ các công việc khác trong nhóm
* Thời gian làm việc:
- Từ 08:00-17:00, thứ 2-thứ 7, từ 2-3 tháng
* Địa điểm làm việc: Khu công nghiệp Cát Lái, Quận 2

- Receive, check the booking information . Update procedures , contact with customers to ensure the booking process information in accordance with procedures prescribed by each customer
- Quotations for each customer request and payment tracking system
- Convey accurate , timely , and complete customer requirements for stakeholders
- Answers to questions , complaints , complaining customer / supplier / factory .
- Responsible for contacts and prepare the required documents and pre / post tests
- Closely associate with the relevant departments to resolve and implement customer requirements efficiently and most timely questions
- Exposure , meet and discuss with customers , factories when directed by upper management
- Participate in training programs and training to improve in terms of knowledge and expertise .
- Perform other duties assigned by management

* Working location: Tan Binh Dist/ Cat Lai Industrial zone, Dist 02

- Perform test methods upon the orders
- Check and evaluate test results
- Perform comparison test methods and new test methods.
- Monitor, check machines, equipment, materials and chemicals for test.
* Working location: Cat Lai Industrial zone, Dist 02, HCMC
* Working time: 13:00-21:00, Monday to Saturday

* Understand the standards, test methods and requirements of each customer
- Reading, research, understand the standards and testing methods of CPS and international corporations according to ASTM, BS EN, ISO, AS / NZS, FIRA ..
- Understand the criteria and requirements of each customer on each target testing requirements.

* To receive the assigned product and product testing
- To receive product information and check the status of products , chemical preparation and implementation tools for analyzing daily .
- Conduct the test in accordance with the standards based and / or related methods and customer requirements
- Operation and use of the equipment and machinery involved in the testing process
- Recognition , review , evaluate test results on products follow the prescribed form . Report immediately to the leader if the abnormalities in process analysis .
- Management of products and related materials , understand the information , the status of their products are in charge .
- Coordinate with the team / department concerned to ensure that product testing is taking place fastest and most accurate in the time allowed .
* Check out complete results and test data
- Check the parameters on the results documented hand (writing hand) and hit the soft material (soft copy) (if necessary).
- In the necessary information (email client, label ....) into a basket and basket arrangements complete product record.
* Perform related work
- Clean sanitary work area.
- Provide guidance and supervision of trainee test was performed when the assignment.
- Perform other job-related suit as directed by superiors
