1. Understand the standards, test methods and requirements of each customer
a) Reading, research, understand the standards and testing methods of CPS and international corporations according to ASTM, BS EN, ISO, AS / NZS, FIRA ..

2. To receive the assigned product and product testing
a) To receive product information and check the status of products , chemical preparation and implementation tools for analyzing daily .
b) Conduct the test in accordance with the standards based and / or related methods and customer requirements
c) Operation and use of the equipment and machinery involved in the testing process
d) Recognition , review , evaluate test results on products follow the prescribed form . Report immediately to the leader if the abnormalities in process analysis .
e) Management of products and related materials , understand the information , the status of their products are in charge .
f) Coordinate with the team / department concerned to ensure that product testing is taking place fastest and most accurate in the time allowed .
3. Check out complete results and test data
a) Check the parameters on the results documented hand (writing hand) and hit the soft material (soft copy) (if necessary).
b) In the necessary information (email client, label ....) into a basket and basket arrangements complete product record.
4. Perform related work
a) Clean sanitary work area.
b) Provide guidance and supervision of trainee test was performed when the assignment.

5. Prepare final typed reports.

1. Welcome Guest & Office Phone System:
• Welcomes guests and greets them cheerfully and offers them seats.
• Receives phone calls from customers and transfers to appropriate employees for them to handle the situation and makes sure that it is delivered to the right person.
• Keeps telephone lists updated on a monthly basis and distributes to the employees.
• Arranges teleconferences for visitors (if required) to enhance administrative efficiency.
• Ensures the Reception station is staffed all the time when on duty.
2. Logistic Arrangements:
• Provides administrative works such as transportation arrangement for managers/ visitors, hotel accommodations to give our employees an efficient support.
• Coordinate with the drivers on car schedules and ensure its proper implementation.
• Supports in booking the meeting room for employees and coordinate for cleaning after use.
3. Office Management:
• Monitors incoming & out-coming mails for offices. Sorts into appropriate folders for distribution.
• Manages office equipment & facilities such as telephone system, fax, cartridges, company letterhead & envelopes, drinks, etc … to ensure it operates properly.
• Organizes & maintains office files and manages stationery to provide employees.
4. Office Supplies/ Expenses:
• Monitor monthly office expenses by checking all expenses occurred and raise the payment requests timely.
• Follows up the supplier’s contract and share their performance feedback to Procurement for their further actions.
5. Canteen:
• Coordinate with relevant managers to have information for lunch/ dinner reserved.
6. Visa/ Working Permit and Resident Card:
• Coordinate with visitors/ expats to have their supporting documents for relevant process.
• Ensure the process is completed and/ or renewal timely.
7. Others:
• Confirms the safety of office environment for employees to work in a safe and pleasant environment.
• Ensure 5S implementation in Reception Area.

1) Working with customers to handle requests for testing services as assigned by superiors.

b) Customer Contact supplement form , missing information requested from the department sample test , lab reports and group released to fulfill orders on time
c) Support other departments with customer contact , technical support , process group to examine some unclear information about programs related to orders
d) Inform the customer of the problem ( if any) affect the test process immediately after receiving information from the laboratory
e) Coordinate with the involved parts order processing to find the root cause and how to fix it when there are legitimate complaints from customers
f) Support department publishes contact the Program Manager for approval to edit the wrong information in the report was submitted .
g) To coordinate with technical staff to propose ways to improve the product / customer nghiemcho test results if required
h) Contact customers additional information needed to support the Accounting department proper invoices
i) Support the Accounning department to work with the customer to delay payment of invoices paid faster

- Prepare final typed reports.
- Participate any sort of training courses conducted by company or clients as required.
