We are currently looking for EXPAT candidates experienced in Business Development (Sales Professionals) to join our teams in our HCMC office.

We have a fantastic opportunity for Sales Professionals to join our Business Development Team in our HCMC Office. Your role will involve identifying and nurturing new business leads including, initial contact, developing the lead and bringing that client onboard.
You must possess excellent communication skills, a track record of winning new business, a strong determination, and a willingness to learn.
As a Financial Services provider, we provide intensive in-house training so you can hit the ground running from day one with our varied portfolio of products.
Primarily dealing with high net worth individuals you will be tasked with the following:
•Building business in new markets and areas;
•Developing a solid sales pipeline;
•Growing a network through social media and external channels;
•Attending networking events;
•Communicate and build strong, lasting relationships with clients
•Work to weekly and monthly sales targets.
•Demonstrate proven past success in winning new business

As a Property Investment Consultant, you will work interpersonally with clients to understand their investment property requirements, mortgage and relevant financial needs. In this client facing, consultative position you are required to introduce the unique portfolio of deVere UK Investment property to potential clients and secure the business. This will involve effective and assured English communication skills to incorporate consultative information gathering/fact finding and client facing presentation experience to a diverse range of Expatriates and local investors.
Successful consultants will be confident in finding, consulting, presenting and securing business whilst building trusting, long term client relationships. A tenacious, driven and motivated attitude is required from the outset to succeed.

• Real Estate, Investment, Portfolio/Asset Management, Off-plan Sales, Business Development, or transferrable

• Native English speaking of 100% Fluency required
• Excellent all-round relationship building, communication and presentation skills to all levels
• Eagerness to build or further a career in the international property and financial services industry

• Experience within Property and Real Estate Investment is a bonus, not a prerequisite
