Training Each HR1 Consultant receives at least 30 days professional training per annum, leading to the industry’s only examination program (CSAM). HR1’s training is acknowledged to be the best and most comprehensive in the industry, ranging from basic ethical standards through to full competency based interviewing, project management training and psychometrics. Methodology The HR1 methodology has evolved over a 10-year period since the inception of HR1, and is standardlised across the company. This methodology involves a 24-step process to ensure that companies and job seekers receive a shortlist of qualified individuals matched to both to the technical and cultural aspects of the position in the shortest possible time.
