Mô tả công việc

•Build and acquire new sales leads and grow potential hotel and properties
•Identify and mapping business strengths and needs
•Report on successes and areas needing improvements
•Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs and goals
•Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
•Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
•Keep abreast of local market trends and grasp sales opportunities proactively to achieve targets
•Prepare sales materials such as proposals or contracts.
•Prepare and submit reports regularly and as required.
•Coordinate with internal departments to support account’s business needs and requirements
•Manage and lead business development team in Vietnam

Yêu cầu công việc

•Age: 28-32, at least 4 year experience (B2B Sales, Services Product)
•Having sales experience in B2B business, Ecommerce, Start-up Company, hospitality or related field are preferred (SERVICES’s product is Prefered)
•Fluent in English
•Excellent negotiation, analytical skill and critical thinking
•Adaptable to dynamic environment
•Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements. Experience in start-up is a plus.
•Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
•Willing to travel and to be relocated

Training Each HR1 Consultant receives at least 30 days professional training per annum, leading to the industry’s only examination program (CSAM). Methodology The HR1 methodology has evolved over a 10-year period since the inception of HR1, and is standardlised across the company. This methodology involves a 24-step process to ensure that companies and job seekers receive a shortlist of qualified individuals matched to both to the technical and cultural aspects of the position in the shortest possible time.
