Mô tả công việc

New business development:
• To create a comprehensive picture of the market/product opportunity. Develops strategies from market and medical/clinical data (trends, unmet therapy needs) and clinical profile/indications/patents of product, develops a SWOT analysis, forecast long-term market development and product potential.
• Own and follow up with whole BD process, from screening stage, assessment, development, readiness to launching stages.
• Coordinate with licensing partner. Circulation the contract with Area and Partner.
• Creates a cross-functional team to develop the brand plan and launch strategy prior to hand off to Product Manager.
• Develops relationships with KOLs in the appropriate field for the new products in cooperating with Medical Manager.
• To perform the projects from Area Office.
Market research:
• Develops, recommends, creates marketing research solutions through quantities’ and qualitative research, and local initiatives.
• To review aspects of research and development proposals, such as objective or purpose of project, applications that can be utilized from findings, costs of project, equipment and manpower requirements.
• Provides regional/provincial breakouts of data.
• Constructs future markets for New Business Development and pipeline products through compilation of data.
• Partnership with Marketing Team to develop situational analysis for marketing plans and presentations.
• Support company by monthly reports from IMS, by monthly/quarterly reports for Vietnam macro economics.
• Expands company awareness of business opportunities in line with Company’s strategic goals.
Others:
• Ensure team activities to comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility.
• Special projects as directed by General Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education:
 Pharmaceutical/Medicine University
Experience:
• Experience in sales & marketing in the pharmaceutical segment with at least 5 years of strong marketing & sales experience at MNC.
• Have good knowledge & experience market research. Understand IMS research.
Knowledge/ Skills:
• Have intensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical.
• Strong computer skills –Excel, PowerPoint, internet searches
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data and draw valid conclusions, to do ‘number crunching’, and make recommendations based on quantitative or qualitative data
• Understand P&L or knowledgeable on Financial
• Report writing – pull diverse sources of information together into a concise, comprehensive document
• Long and short-term planner
• Strong project management and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with various people and departments
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
