YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE:
● Business owner/CEO of medium and large companies with sales-team size ranges
from 10-200 employees.
● Sales Directors in other companies.
● Reaching out to potential customers via both online platform (Linkedin, Facebook)
and traditional methods such as networking and events, or based on candidate’s
● Expanding customer database.
● Consulting customers on company’s services and products.
● Negotiating terms, price, and payment with customers.
● Developing sales target for the team and ensure that the target is met.
● Providing training and development for subordinates.
Yêu cầu công việcSKILLS/EXPERIENCES:
● Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management, or relevant fields.
● Open only for Vietnamese candidates or foreigners who are fluent in Vietnamese
● At least 5 years’ experience in business development and sales.
● Experience in selling Business Application, CRM, ERP and products that have the
same customer segmentation.
● Computer literacy. Able to use Microsoft Office, Google Drive and Office.
● Candidate need to have good negotiation skill and emotional intelligence.
● Should possess strong development, presentation, and leadership skills.
● Candidate with exceptional organization skills and attention to details is more
