Mô tả công việc

Working Location: Saigon Office
Directly Reporting: to Director of Sales & Marketing - Spain, Portugal & Latin America
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE:
Ensure personal service is offered to agents in order to meet and exceed their expectations. Ensure that the sales process is accurately adhered to (per Sub Departmental SOPs), Sales opportunities are maximized with follow up and resolve any problems to meet and exceed sales revenue and gross profit targets. Your scopes will be focused on Account Management and Business Development. Roles and responsibilities including but not limited to the points below.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management
• Accompany VIP groups or MICE groups for Portuguese & Spanish Speaking Market on request
• Conduct presentations of TOI products, services, and destinations either in person or via Webinar
• Maintain relationships with Retail & Wholesalers travel agents by ensuring personal service is optimized
• Identify, initiate and manage ad hoc projects
• Take ownership of and monitor individual sales process and follow up with agents to increase booking conversion
• Support SSM team and give advices regarding proposals, market, activities to promote Portuguese & Spanish markets
• Monthly & Quarterly Account Management
• Close work with Sales Consultants and account holders
Business Development
• Identify new sales opportunities in Portuguese & Spanish Speaking Market
• On the phone with new agents and agencies to offer new products and promotions & proposal follow up
• Put together customized packages for different Tour operators & Travel Agencies (existing and potential)
• Use industry knowledge to approach key agents for WS Series or Groups business
• Together with outside DBDs, marketing reps and inside sales team, target the right tour operators and their niche

Yêu cầu công việc

QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Tertiary studies in Tourism, Hospitality or Business preferred
• Certification in Sales and Marketing
• Knowledge of tourism, geography, foreign cultures, particularly South East Asia
SKILLS
• Excellent written and spoken English & Spanish
• Good MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Basic understanding of accounts
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in inbound travel
• Personal travel within the region
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Flexibility to work overtime
• Full commitment and account ability to the position and scope
