•Manage all PMU activities.
•Assist sale marketing
unit and business development team.
2.In charge of the PMU, and ensures the PMU organization and management meet with the contract requirements
•Takes part in kick off meeting with client to confirm roles and scope of BUREAU VERITAS, to confirm the report process and clarify any matter required by client
•Forecasts mobilization of engineers in relation to planning and building progress and ensures these resources are properly qualified;
•Liaises with design review engineers for technical matters, in harmony with the design review team leader, and with Bureau Veritas specialists if appropriate;
•Leads the implementation and the follow up of the Technical Control Plan for the project, including the use of Pri Manager software;
•Ensure the work is carried out in accordance to the latest approved drawings and specifications at the time of execution;
•Review, approve and signs final inspection reports and before they are sent to client;
•Takes part in weekly meetings, monthly meetings in the behalf of BUREAU VERITAS
•In charge of the PMU profitability, and in this respect sees to the issue of the invoices and their payment
3.Ensures the PMU implementation and follow up comply with BUREAU VERITAS methodology
•Ensures the PMU meets the contracts requirements;
•Ensures that the PMU follows BUREAU VERITAS safety policy, and acts in a professional and ethic manner;
•Ensures that the PMU follows BUREAU VERITAS procedures;
•Liaises with CTC Manager for liaison with head office or technical centre.
4.Contributes towards the client recognition of BUREAU VERITAS work and contributes towards CTC future development
•Liaises with client for project technical, contractual and financial matters;
•Is able to make the client see BUREAU VERITAS as a partner and make him understand the added value BUREAU VERITAS can provide to a project;
•Forwards commercial information to BUREAU VERITAS commercial team.
5.Contributes towards the skills and know how internal exchange
•Shares his own skills and knowledge with his team and colleagues;
•Contributes to the coaching of new comers;
•Is able to assess his own lacks skills and knowledge and to ask for relevant training;
•Is able to make a good use of what has been learnt.
