Mô tả công việc
- Monthly register PIT dependent & Tax number for new employees.- Update monthly 24/24 accident insurance list & healthcare list.
- Update list of new employees & resigned employees for SHU insurance.
- Create contract termination for resigned employees
- Manage in/out Social Insurance Book.
- Assist C&B Supervisor to check weekly time attendant & employee transaction on Cadena System as well as hard copy.
- Explain employees questions related to company benefits, regulations & labor law within limited duties assigned by C&B Supervisor or TSN HR Manager.
- Be responsible for checking list of renew contract twice a month and remind stores/department to collect performance appraisal on time.
- Support C&B Supervisor to compose the Labor Contract.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2-year experience in the same role- English/Vietnamese ability: Fluency in speaking, writing and reading.
- Excellent analyzing, negotiating, communicating and contracting skills.
- Honesty, integrity, carefulness.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Excel and Word proficient
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work with team
