C&B Specialist

• Manage and monitor monthly payroll process
• Prepare and assist HR budgets for country
• Be in charge of PIT, SI, HI
• Handle internal and external reports: PIT code for employees, Personal Income Tax (monthly declaration, yearly finalization report, social insurance reports, labor reports…)
• Work with auditors for matters related to C&B function
• Update company policies in line with new law and strategic of business
• Manage staff insurance policies such as medical, travel, etc. to ensure compliance with the employment ordinance and company policy, cost effectively and competitively in the market
• Ensure daily HR and Admin activities are well implemented under set time frame
• Ensure the implementation and application of directives, policies, processes, systems and programs throughout all divisions
• Ensure all local employee changes or additions are updated in Master Database, performs the payroll with Lac Viet Human resource planning software
• Ensure that all HR and other reports are submitted on time and accurately, be informed on government regulations updates and advise HR for application
• Be responsible for benefits to staff

• University Degree, BA in Finance/Accounting is preferred
• 5 – 7 working experience with C&B/payroll multi-national companies
• Expert in Vietnamese regulations : SI, HI, PIT
• Good skills in English (written and verbal) and computer
• Being familiar with payroll software
• Mandatory characteristics : honesty, rigor, confidentiality, responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in team
• High adaptability and able to work under pressure.
