- Controlling PIT cost monthly and yearly
4. Managing the annual leave data record
- Monthly updating the annual leave record of all employees
- Quarterly reporting on the use of annual leave record to managers
5. Annual Budget and people cost.
- Calculating the annual HR budget and people cost of all company.
- Controlling the actual people cost of departments vs annual budget.
6. Manage C&B team’s job
- Monitoring C&B’s job as: labor contract, locker, attendance, profile employees, social insurance, health insurance, 24/24 insurance.
- Controlling Social insurance cost monthly and yearly
- Monitoring and working with Production department number of hours overtime of each of individual monthly
- Updating new appendixes for existing policies.
- Providing data for salary survey yearly, benchmark salary for new titles
- Assist in implementing the company’s compensation policy.
- Supervise job analysis and evaluation, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets.
- To take a responsibility for explaining to Finance department issues actual people cost, budget cost, PIT cost, SI cost.
- Training and developing C&B assistant can use payroll software, make some monthly report..
7. Other tasks as request
- Helping others on their absence
- Helping managers upon request.
