*Directly report to Call Center Manager (in USA) *At begining, control about 15 staff. 2.Job Dicription: -Accomplish all necessary reports (ADM Tracker, Agent Scorecard, Upsell Tracker, Incentive Log) -Prepare monthly incentive reports and work closely with HR and Accounting Department for proper distribution. -Coaching, inspiring and motivating team. -Ensuring the team meets the sales targets by providing training, and performance management. -Provide assistance to staff and seek solutions to problems and errors -Monitor random calls and transactions of call center executive for quality assurance (QA). -Prepare Duty Schedule of team. -Developing and maintaining customer relationships -Forecasting and analyzing sales data. -Perform other duties assigned by the Call Center Manager

-Graduate of any 4 year course/Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism is an advantage -Three (3) years Customer Service experience with at least two (2) years in s Supervisory experience leading teams (Call Center Environment, Travel Account preferred but not required) -Excellent Communication, leadership, team management and interpersonal skills -Excellent command of English (all customers are Vietnamese but Managers are foreigners) -Willing to work in shifting schedules *Benefits: -Very attractive salary (negotiation, depends on your performance) -13th month salary -Monthly allowances (transportation, telephone) -Premium health care, team building. *Working hours: -5 days a week, off random 2 days a week. -Working in shifting schedule, 30 minutes break for each shift. -Shift 1: 22:00 – 06:30 (Most important and busiest shift) -Shift 2: 06:00 – 14:30 -Shift 3: 14:00 – 22h30 *Commencement date: - Join before Lunar New Year and take about 1 week training in Mania. - Start working afer TET holidays.
