*Job Responsibilities In this role, you will need to: -provide quality back-end support to the Branch and the British Council Sales and Customer Management (SCM) team. -deliver assistance to the Branch SCM team in sales and after-sales activities, which include, but not limited to the following: cashier duties, administration and technical support, share duty officer role with the Sales and Customer Management Executive, and any other duties as assigned by the line manager to meet operational requirements.
