Quản lý thương mai

For the Stores chain expansion, we are looking for Project Manager who is in charge of managing the construction execution of one or many projects from the period of project approval till the final period - put in use, coordinate with other departments in term of construction during the exploitation of the works.
For projects (80%):
Coordination:

The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Senior Manager is responsible for the delivery of the C&B solutions to the Big C Vietnam - a member of Central Group Vietnam (CGV) and collaborate with HR CGV, HRBPs and business unit leaders to effectively design, implement, direct and continuous improve C&B policies that drive employee engagement, optimize total rewards and support the achievement of strategic objectives and business results.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Design, development, review and management of the C&B policies to achieve external competitiveness as well as to maintain internal equity for programs such as compensation models, bonus plans, salary structure, job evaluation, etc.
• Manage annual salary budget, all kind of bonus plan for business unit;
• Developing pay system structure guideline;
• Monitor industry and external market for the necessary information or analysis to prepare compensation proposals and budgets;
• Monitor Expats Benefits administration;
• Monitoring Salary Scales registration with local authority
• Create and deliver training to HR, managers, and employees on compensation philosophy, trends and practices;
• Counsel and partner with HR and management teams on compensation matters related to Big C Vietnam;
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, including the generation of compensation reports from HRIS systems and creation of models to support business needs, annual HR processes and or regulatory compliance;

MISSION
Labor Relations Manager ensures the implementation of the companys labor relations policy to minimize the negative impact of employee discipline and collective labor disputes, as well as the implementation of policies and procedures of the occupational safety and health procedures of the company are followed to ensure that each employee is able to work in a safe and hygienic environment in accordance with the requirements of the relevant provisions of laws.
ACTIVITIES
Function: Ensure the implementation of the labor relations policy of the company to minimize the negative impact of employee discipline and collective labor disputes.
- Establishing, supplementing and amending legal documents related to the management of labor relations of the company and designing human resource management procedures and forms such as the Internal Labor Rules, the Collective Labor Agreements , the procedures and forms for dealing with labor disciplines; labor contract termination, labor safety and hygiene, periodic health checks-up and other procedures and forms to ensure the labor relations between the company and employees are implemented smoothly and in accordance with the provisions of the laws;
- Capturing information, analyzing and proposing the suitable solutions for labor relations issues in line with personnel policies and development strategies of the company;
- Training and counseling for manager’s level on labor relations in order to build harmonious labor relations in accordance with the Internal Labor Rules, the Collective Labor Agreement, the Labor Contract, the provisions of labor law, the policies and standards of the company;
- Coordinating with specialized departments or business units to investigate and handle violations of Internal Labor Rules and build the preventive measures/ policies to ensure business effectiveness. and a standard work environment;
- Analyzing and advising the process of solving problems related to the labor contracts of the employees in accordance with the regimes, policies and the provisions of laws and adjust the labor relations management policies / guidelines accordingly.
- Representatives of the company or participate in negotiations on settlement of disputes with the employees, trade unions, state agencies on labor relations ... to protect the legitimate interests of the company;
- Preparing, providing the documentations for the legal representative, conciliation board, outsourced consultants and managing the relationships with these parties to ensure the legal interests of the company.
Function: Ensure the implementation of the companys labor safety and hygiene policies and procedures to ensure that each employee is able to work in a safe and hygienic environment in accordance with the relevant provisions of laws.
- Support HR manager at stores in the emplementation of inspection, control and assessment of labor safety and hygiene at workplace, occupational accident investigation, completion of occupational accident reports, coordination with other departments technical and labor safety and hygiene authorities to identify causes and establish preventive measures;
- Propose the labor improvements process and conditions;
- Guide HR manager at stores in monitoring and analyzing the data of injury, illness, sick leave and absenteeism to identify the causes and propose the solutions to fix these problems.
- Co-ordinate with HR managers to invite the organizations or the individuals with professional training and training staff on labor safety and hygiene;
- Support HR manager at stores in the assessment of technician who is in charged the tasks of labor safety & hygiene.
- Assist HR manager at stores to ensure the first aid resources and services in accordance with the provisions of laws.

MISSION
- Support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of specific SAP modules.
- This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client’s business environment.
- This position will support the existing design and implement enhancements of SAP solutions throughout business processes and various SAP modules.
- This position requires a solid understanding of business processes, SAP, and available technology solutions that enhance the use of SAP.

MISSION

- Participate in the research, development, construction and project applications in business practice.
- Participate in the implementation of SAP module. Design, configuration and testing in various SAP Modules: MM, SRM, CRM, FICO, BW, HR.
- Coordinate with IT Operation Team to provide the optimal solution for SAP operation.
- The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction

2. ACTIVITIES
Employer branding:
- Coordinate with depts/vendors/functions to ensure that all activities and initiatives relating to employer branding are initiated and completed on time;
- Corporate with internal stakeholders to organize events of Central Group VN;
- Combine with Corporate Comm Dept. to maintain or create internal communication programme for internal communication tools: Internal bulletin board, Internal Magazine Big Cười; flyers, Corporate video;
- Conduct research that helps to identify sources of potential employment candidates;
- Work with internal recruiters to hold the proper activities with the right message and material through the right channels to attract targeted audiences:
+Online channels: Social networks, Digital Marketing tools, Career page,….
+Offline channels: Job fairs, student programs, recruitment campaigns…
Recruiting:
- Etablish solid relationship with hiring managers, act as talent advisor/ consultant in all aspects of recruitment by focusing on hiring expectations, candidate assessment
- Conduct successful recruitment outcome and quality of hire by mastering recruiting skills such as interviewing, selecting, testing, matching…
- Liaise with peer group of recruiters to define best practices and promote knowledge sharing
- Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors.

- Phụ trách các hệ thống Kỹ thuật (MEP) của những dự án cải tạo và thi công mới.
- Kiểm tra các bản vẽ thiết kế phù hợp với các yêu cầu kỹ thuật đảm bảo vận hành suôn sẻ.
- Chỉnh sửa bản vẽ phản hồi khi có yêu cầu đến nhà thầu thi công hoặc nhà thầu thiết kế.
- Hiểu rõ các tiêu chuẩn thiết kế TCVN, hoặc cao hơn.
- Lưu trữ các bản vẽ của các dự án
HOẠT ĐỘNG
Chức năng: xây mới /sửa chữa nâng cấp các hệ thống kỹ thuật
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan của công ty để nắm rõ kế hoạch xây mới nâng cấp sửa chữa cho từng dự án của BigC.
- Tham gia họp và học hỏi thêm các hệ thống khác nếu như chưa được biết đến từ các công việc trước đây mình đã từng làm.
- Kiểm tra các bản vẽ của các nhà thầu thiết kết, đưa ra các ý kiến theo tiêu chuẩn TCVN hoạc cao hơn, trao đổi thêm với cấp trên trước khi phản hồi đến đơn vị thiết kế.
- Cập nhật lại bản vẽ theo yêu cầu và phản hồi cho các nhà thầu khi có yêu cầu
- Phối hợp với các đồng nghiệp thiết kế kiến trúc, kết cấu để cập nhật bản không bị trùng lập các hệ thống thiết bị ảnh hưởng thi công.
- Trao đổi đàm phán với các nhà thầu liên quan đến thiết kế để có bộ bản vẽ cho việc xip phép, thi công hoặc chọn thầu.
- Kiểm tra việc thi công có đúng thiết kế như bản vẽ được đề ra
Chức năng khác:
- Nơi làm tại văn phòng hoặc đi công tác.
- Phối và làm việc chung với Đội thiết kế của phòng dự án
- Hỗ trợ kiểm tra các hệ thống khác cho các Siêu thị BigC.
- Phối hợp với các đồng nghiệp trong bộ phận và các siêu thị để giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến các ban ngành trong và ngoài.
- Các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu công việc và theo phân công của quản lý các cấp.
