• Handling most of accounting operation. • Manage and check all suggestions for payment; follow debt payment situation of all clients/ agents. • Making and analyzing daily journal entry and monthly & yearly closing reports. • Make sure all tax and other obligations to the Government declarations, payments, refunds and reconciliation (VAT, CIT, PIT, withholding taxes …including making the annual tax finalization) are completed duly as legal requirement. • Control and prepare Account receivable and Account payable. • Input all accounting transactions to accounting software • Balance and prepare all general ledger books, trial balance, profit & loss and balance sheet everymonth. • Assist and report to person in charge as requirement. • Manage and liaise with tax officers to ensure operational efficiency • Other jobs may be assigned by MD.

• Minimum 3-4 yrs of experience in managing full set of accounts. • Possess initiative and positive work attitude. • Team player • Proficient in accounting software. • Proficient in MS Excel. • English: advance level Salary: negotiation
