Chief Excecutive Officer

- Implement, manage the plans, incubation program, startup training and consultancy, ensure to make them align with the short-termed, middle-termed and long-termed objectives of the company.
- Manage and execute the office, finalize the managing system and the work process bases on lean model.
- Take part in subjects, startup projects and implement, well observe all the approved subjects, projects.
- Lead and motivate subordinates to create a high-performing working environment and enhance work capacity
- Implement internal and external relations in startup activities, enhance the capacity of the innovative network connection.
- Verify all the documents and reports. Review all the financial and non-financial reports, give solutions and improvement.
- Observe the whole activities of the company to ensure it is aligned with the overall plans and mission. Make high-quality decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
Implement directions from the Board of Directors, acquire the development strategies of the company during its operation.

- Proven experience as CEO or in other managerial positions.
- Experience in developing and implementing profitable strategies
- Good knowledge of corporate management and general management practices.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and operational performance management.
- Knowledge of diverse business matters such as Sales & marketing, HR, Finance & accounting.
- Proficient in English
- > Candidates with more than 3-year experience are preferable.
