Compliance Manager

- Advice and support departments to set up documents that appropriated to requirements and regulations of SA 8000, ISO 9001:2015, CTPAT – GSV, HSE and customer’s other requirements.
- Directly review and approve procedures, instructions, forms, action plans that established by other departments.
- Review, edit QMS manual, organizational structure, quality objective of other departments
- Implement and supervise the periodic internal audit and perform corrective actions.
- Directly work with customers, certified organizations about compliance system of company including SA 8000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and CTPAT – GSV.
– Prepairing & checking document system & factory to ensure that everything is aready for each audit (CTPAT, Social, quality and audit by certificate body). Make a checklist to assign tasks to related departments before conducting audit by customer or certificate body.
- Advice and support BOD set up new factories.
- Manage the repair / maintenance of factory, electrical system, water system, PCCC, camera system.
- Support HR team to solve emergency cases, incident related to food, accident, benefit, posion and health status of employees.
- Check the factory working environment and take corrective action immediately if non-conformities were found.
- Research potential compliance issues and updates of local and national labor laws..
- Develop and implement risk assessments related to safety, health and environment and recommend preventive and control measures to reduce the risk of workers.
- Monitor and feedback to sales department, certified organizations these corrective & preventive actions after audit complete.
- Making reports and submiting to local government agencies.
- Responsible for the work related to HR & Compliance.
- Support HR team to solve emergency cases, incident related to food, accident, benefit, posion and health status of employees.
