1. Công việc hành chính:
- Ghi nhận và lưu giữ tài liệu, hóa đơn cũng như là cung cấp những thông tin cần thiết cho các bộ phận khác.
- Liên lạc với các nhà cung cấp lấy hợp đồng và thông tin về dịch vụ.
- Các công việc hành chính khác.
2. Kế toán:
- Thu thập, kiểm tra chứng từ kế toán và vào số liệu trong phần mềm đảm bảo chính xác, kịp thời.
- Theo dõi công nợ phải thu, công nợ phải trả của các khách hàng, nhà cung cấp.
- Theo dõi số dư tài khoản Ngân hàng tiền gửi, tiền vay.
- Tính tiền lương và thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến tiền lương.
- Thực hiện chốt sổ kế toán hàng tháng, lập báo cáo lãi lỗ cuối năm.
- Chi tiết công việc sẽ được trao đổi trong buổi phỏng vấn.

• You will be selling and following up FIT/GIT clients while developing business strategies to increase profitability.
• Manage and train the travel sales staff effectively allowing for increased sales and engagement.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Managing daily requests from direct customers or travel partners and assigned sales team with relevant leads.
• Ensure a smooth communication with direct customers and travel agents
• Ensure enquiries must be responded within 24 hours
• Selling unique and customized travel experiences, maintain and following up clients
• Proposes strategies to development the profitability of the company
• Analyzes sales figures and forecasts future sales volume
• Analyzes market trends in the travel industry and makes recommendations for improvement
• Ensures that company procedures, guidelines and standards are followed in the areas of: customer service, ticketing, attendance, accuracy of work, invoicing etc. for assigned sales staff
• Responsible for ensuring all sales staff are fully trained on office standards, new enhancements and products
• Manage and motivate the team to increase and close sales
• Researches and provides solutions to escalated travel-related issues from clients
• Foster a positive team environment and provide strong leadership
• Other tasks if required by the Directors.
• Report regularly about any issues, problem and complaints from customers/travel agents to your Board of Directors

• Taking care of daily requests from direct customers or travel agents as assigned by Sales Manager
• Handle bookings from direct customers or your travel agent
• Send follow-up emails to get the final feedback from them for our proposal
• Ensure a smooth communication with direct customers and travel agents
• Enquiries must be responded within 24 hours
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure all services are booked and ready at least 1 week prior to arrival date
• Follow up payments with customers and travel agents
• Make sure that all trips sold by you are mistake-fee and run smoothly
• Report regularly about any issues, problem and complaints from customers/travel agents to your Managers
• Other tasks if required by the Managers.
