Established in 2013, Vietnam Great Tours is a young enterprise, however Great Tours gathered an experienced tour-operator team. Some of our staffs have spent approximately 10 years in travel industry. We are on road to become a professional Tour Operator and DMC in Vietnam and Indochina. We provide customized travel, package tours and travel service in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar. Our objective is to bring the best images of Vietnam and Indochina to tourists all-over the world with experience like a local. Moreover, boosting Vietnam travel market is also another mission with sustainable development and responsible travel. We are building a professional team in sales and operation category with the opportunities to become shareholders or managing positions in the future for candidates who get excellent work and achievement. We are a developing travel company and looking for candidates in Inbound Travel Consultant - English speaking. Anyone who love to bring Vietnamese and Indochinese culture to foreign people, can contact us for career development and joining our passion on the road to become professional DMC in Vietnam and Indochina countries.
- Receive and process requests from client
- Create itinerary and quotation
- Operate tours confirmed from guests
- Make plan of sales and marketing
- Report to Director and Sales Manager
- Prepare tours for online market
- Developing travel products and service
- Communicating with B2C and B2B clients, meeting their demands and requirements via chat applications, emails, phone or direct sales
- Co-operating with operation staffs and accountant to follow up and ensure the completion of the tour programs
- Other works granted from Director or Sales Manager
