Summary
- This position will be in charge of recruitment and training activities for the company.
- Other tasks are assigned by direct manager.
Job description
- Seeking potential candidates as per recruitment requirements.
- Manage company’s recruitment process: schedule interviews, input CVs in HR system, collect employee documents, generate offer letters, sign offers, and make on-boarding announcements…
- Building recruitment networks to develop sources of candidates.
- Implement training new employees’ orientation.
- Manage and arrange inhouse and out house training for the company according to schedule. Conduct testing and report after training.
- Manage labor contract and employee profile system.
- Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.
