Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and training activity
- Check hiring request form other dept., conduct interview
- Ensure manpower for operating.
- Join in training some courses upon request
2. Check attendance for full time and temporary staff:
- Take responsibility for roster of whole store, make sure employees have day off as regulation
- Check roster calculation
- Check and remind all staff about annual leave, COE, PRD monthly
- Hiring, confirmation, cessation, transfer, long time absence
3. Payroll management
- Process employee data (new hires, changes, additional earnings…) on SAP system.
- Process employee Time & Attendance data from the SAP system to payroll and reconcile variances utilizing tools in the system.
- Check records of employees working hours on SAP system, review them for accuracy, and verify attendance and hours worked.
- Consult employees or management level to correct attendance record errors on SAP system if any.
- Process payroll (calculate, reconcile, prepare for bank transfer, distribute payslip) timely, accurately, and compliantly.
- Answer payroll questions from employees and produce payroll reports when requested by direct supervisor or HR Manager.
4. PIT & Dependant Registration
- Checking the registration for the issuance of PIT code for all employees.
- Register PIT dependant for employees.
- Complete monthly PIT declaration report to Tax Dept.
- Perform PIT finalization on yearly basis for all store employees
5. Social Insurance
- Register social, health and unemployment insurance contribution for new employees.
- Make the report to Social Insurance Agency every month as per mandatory requirements.
- Make claims for social insurance benefits for employees (sick leave, maternity leave, etc) and follow up payment for employees.
- Contact Social Insurance Agency on providing social insurance book and health care card for employees as per regulations.
- Complete the transferring procedure of Social Insurance Book for leaving staffs.
6. Labor contract
- Checking labor contract for new staff .
- Make annex to labor contract, contract renewal for grade 3 up.
- Ensure labor contract, renewal contract and annex to labor contract are given to employees on time.
7. SAP system
- Edit SAP’s errors regarding shift plan for grade 3 up (i.e. time event, shift, night shift, annual leave, etc.).
- In charge of process on SAP for grade 3 up such as: Hiring, cessation, transfer, longtime absence, resume work,….
8. Data management and Reports
- Manage all information of employees, make sure employees’ data correctly
- Check information and provide report when necessary.
- Be in charge of headcount and turnover rate report
- Employees weekly report
9. HR management
- Supervise and follow up subordinate’s tasks daily to ensure HR store’s work run smoothly
- Identify and reduce unnecessary tasks to increase staff productivity.
- Regularly train and motivate subordinates in daily works.
- Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes.
- Build and promote teamwork spirit.
10. Rules and Regulations
- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
- Check, monitor, remind and guide DL, GL, General staff to follow the rules and regulations.
- Advise Line Managers some work relating to HR’s issue
- Manage, support for discipline meeting
11. Other duties
- Support other departments as necessary.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by direct Line Manager and Store Manager and HR HQ

Job Purpose & Scope of the role:
An Admin Executive is responsible for managing the schedule and quality of Admin to facilitate effective operations of BO and Stores.
Key responsibilities:
1. Material purchasing management
- Supervise to purchase non-merchandising materials and equipment for both store and HQ such as plastic bag, weigh label, printing form, medical products, chemicals, seal & money bag, laptop, PC etc.
- Control the payments of all the expenses related to purchase non-merchandising material and equipment for suppliers.
- Maintain the good relationship with long-term suppliers and frequently evaluate their price, quality and after sales service.
- Look for new suppliers to expand the supplier zone, localize & secure the source of supplies.
- Receive and consider proposals of Admin store and other departments to make suitable changes for store operation.
- Cooperate with other departments for proceeding new projects.
- Propose to sign principle contract with reputable suppliers to facilitate order and payment process.
- Receive and solve any issues regarding to the quality of materials and equipment.
- Make list of materials using for new store opening, conduct the action plan to insure all materials are purchased and delivered on time.
2. Material expense and budget control
- Review, setup and manage the yearly material budget for all stores.
- Make monthly material expense report, analyze the reason for increasing or decreasing, propose countermeasure to reduce the cost.
- Building guideline & procedure for ordering, managing materials and equipment for store operation.
3. Fixed assets management
- Cooperate with Accounting Dept. to manage company’s fixed assets.
- Propose to dispose of fixed assets whose depreciation periods are over.

(Ví dụ trả lời các thắc mắc của khách hàng về sản phẩm, chương trình khuyến mãi…. Và báo cáo lên Trưởng nhóm nếu không thể giải quyết được vấn đề.)
2. Công việc thu ngân
- Quét các mặt hàng vào máy tính tiền và đảm bảo giá cả chính xác.
- Đóng gói, đóng hộp hoặc bao bọc hàng hóa.
- Nhận thanh toán bằng tiền mặt, séc, thẻ tín dụng, phiếu mua hàng hoặc ghi nợ tự động.
- Xuất hóa đơn, hoàn tiền, tín dụng hoặc thay đổi do khách hàng.
- Đếm tiền trong két tiền vào đầu mỗi ca làm việc nhằm đảm bảo đủ tiền và có những thay đổi thích hợp.
- Kiểm tiền vào cuối ca làm việc và nộp lại cho Trưởng nhóm.
- Giải quyết khiếu nại khách hàng bằng thái độ chủ động.
3. 5S
Giữ quầy tính tiền luôn sạch sẽ và gọn gàng.
4. Nội quy và quy định
- Tuân thủ tất cả quy trình làm việc, các chính sách, nội quy và quy định của Công ty.
5. Nhiệm vụ khác
Những công việc khác được Trưởng nhóm phân công.

- Giám sát và quản lý đội ngũ Nhân viên bán hàng.
- Chịu trách nhiệm nhận hàng và đặt hàng từ nhà cung cấp.
- Kiểm soát hàng tồn, tỉ lệ thất thoát hàng hóa.
- Phối hợp với nhà cung cấp để triển khai các hoạt động khuyến mãi nhằm tăng doanh thu bán hàng.
- Theo dõi và cập nhật tình hình doanh thu bán hàng hằng ngày để đảm bảo chỉ tiêu doanh số đặt ra.
- Xếp lịch làm việc và làm việc với các bộ phận có liên quan.
Yêu cầu:

Hỗ trợ tìm kiếm, lọc hồ sơ ứng viên, sắp xếp lịch phỏng vấn với ứng viên tiềm năng.
Hỗ trợ nhập và kiểm tra dữ liệu.
Sắp xếp, chuẩn bị trang thiết bị liên quan: đặt phòng, chuẩn bị danh sách điểm danh, chấm điểm bài kiểm tra,…
Hỗ trợ các công việc giấy tờ: copy, in, chuẩn bị tài liệu học, phỏng vấn,…

Nhận nhu cầu đặt POP từ ngành hàng
Thực hiện thiết kế POP theo mẫu và tiêu chuẩn của Công ty
Đăng ký thi công và giám sát nhà thầu thi công cho các chương trình sự kiện của siêu thị
Hằng ngày kiểm tra tình trạng các POP, Standee và các bảng biểu ở siêu thị theo checklist của Công ty
Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng ngành hang và Giám đốc siêu thị
Yêu cầu:

- Tư vấn bán hàng, hỗ trợ và giải đáp thắc mắc cho khách hàng.
- Nhận hàng từ nhà cung cấp, sắp xếp kho hàng.
- Trưng bày hàng hóa, vệ sinh quầy kệ.
- Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Quản lý.
