- Manage company website sites efficiently and generating profitable sales; - Develop monthly/annual business plan and cost budget as per company’s goals and objectives; - Responsible of achievement of Topline sales budgets and budgeted GP for the online channel; - Handle & develop Marketplace partners with differentiated strategies; - Create higher online awareness for the company and brands in its portfolio using social media, advertising and other channels and increasing traffics; - Strategize calendar for online marketing activities, promotion schemes; - Manage social media pages – Facebook, Instagram; - Implements global campaigns and coordinate with brand Principals for the same; - Marketing plan and budgeting; - Inventory planning, brand and product assortment planning and execution; - Monthly sales report & other report requested by manager; - Give direction to the Online team by assignment of KRAs/deliverables, review and monitor performance objectively, mentoring and feedback; - Impart training to the online team on various aspects of business and operations.
Sale Part: - Manage product information, stocks on market-places (Robins, Tiki, Lazada...); - Receive & proceed all orders on market-places; - Follow payment and delivery process; - Prepare sale report by monthly & other reports as request. Marketing Part: - Plan & Implement promotion programs in market-places; - Manage & Follow Digital Marketing Agencies; - Produce Content Marketing (copywriting, images) on Social Networks, Website; - Prepare monthly marketing report.

- Collect market information & make mapping about strategic customers and competitors. - Work closely with the Area Sales Manager to expand the sales funnels. - Visit watches stores to promote the brand. - Prepare quotations, product lists and sales orders. - Manage customer credit. - Do visual merchandising.
- Take care of brands assigned to the portfolio. - Study the brand marketing strategy; cooperate with Marketing Department to adjust and deploy annual marketing plan for each brand on Vietnam market. - Cooperate with Marketing Department to optimize the marketing activities to suit the brand budget. - Business & Annual Budget Planning: Be responsible for each brand sales volume, cost of operations and gross profit targets. Also, Collection targets in line with Sales. - Manage a network of dealers all over the cover region with focus on Dealers Secondary Sales & Stock report analysis. - Negotiate, contracting and up selling to dealers and relationship management with them/partners. - Forecast & Inventory Management: Plan and maintain stock level for each brand; review and adjust stock composition for each season. - Make sure that all brand guideline on visual/VM, display and selling procedures have been deployed correctly. - Organize training for staff/dealer for each brand on new collection. - Recruit, train, supervise and appraise staff. - The tasks could change as per management’s discretion.

Job Purpose: Primary task would to develop and manage the Company’s retail business across Vietnam. Duties: - Achieving and Maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets; - Responsible for handling sales team for over 08 stores nationwide; - For the product - prudent ordering, proactive stock handling, liquidation and clearance of slow moving/ ageing stocks; - Forecast & Inventory Management: Plan and maintain stock level for each brand; review and adjust stock composition for each season. - Team management - recruiting, training, supervising, incentive planning and appraising staff; - Planning and managing annual budgets; - Retail Expansion and Liaison with existing stores, networking with Retail Mall management; - Make sure that all brand guideline on visual/VM, display and selling procedures have been deployed correctly. - Cooperating with Marketing Department to plan and execute marketing activities and promotions as per Brand mandates; - Cooperating with Marketing Department to implement VM guidelines, from preparing promotional materials to actual displays; - Cooperating with Marketing Department to work with designer, contractors for new shop layouts, designing, fixtures, etc.; - Maintaining statistical and financial records, analysis, reports – those are useful for reviews; - Customer Engagement & CRM, Handling difficult customer service complaints and issues; - If required, cooperating with Marketing Department to marketing & promotion partners across media platforms; - The tasks could change as per management’s discretion.
