- Retrieve bill of lading from CKL system (CIS), transfer data into local system (Kinn)
- Assign forwarder customers IDs to upload HBL onto Customs system
- Adjust data format to match with Customs standard
- Collect new customers information in order to add into system & send A/N & D/N
- Send arrival notice and debit note to customers
- Arrange discharge list
- Submit manifest
- Arrange & upload Empty + DG manifest sheets onto Customs system
- Order and arrange documents for terminal moving, transhipment cargoes
- Follow and urge third party to arrange moving on time & smoothly
- Print Delivery Order
- Update free time, surrender/Seaway Bill list
- Release Delivery Order to customers
- Calculate demurrage/detention, inform Account to collect from customer, extend free time on Delivery Order
- Check final demurrage/detention and repair cost before Account returned deposit to customers
- Re-submit manifest in case of any C/A, amendment
- Inform customer about Delay Notice in case of vessel delays
- File documents for recording

- Update details of customer information in Kinn and Fast to issue invoice
- Check bank and cash to issue invoice after received full payment of customer
- Verify customers payment & update into systems
- Issue invoice for commission monthly
2. Container Deposit
- Issue container deposit, temporary after received full payment of customer
- Collect/refund container deposit, temporary payment
- Check and control container deposit and refund
3. Other
- Check payment in bank MB Bank to cash report and sent cash report daily
