Training job: - Conduct training plan, training courses and materials, training manual for Eye Level Viet Nam - Conduct Operating Manual for Flagship centers as well as Franchise centers to implement and maintain Eye Level Philosophy and Standards - Conduct training courses ( initial, on-going, follow up training ) of programs and center operating for company staffs (Center Managers, Trainers, Instructors) and Franchisees - Recruit and manage trainers and instructors - Work closely with Headquarter for any updated programs, news, global contests - Set up all standard procedures of learning center and maintain Academic quality of center staff to improve teaching and learning quality Operating job: - Supervise and support all procedures of setting up new learning centers - Overall management of current centers to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the center - Ensure Learning Centers following the standard class flow & operations which directed by Eye Level to improve center services - Support on marketing and Franchise business development if any. - Other tasks assigned by Country Manager.

• MEMBER SERVICES AND POTENTIAL MEMBERS QUERIES: - Be the contact point for handling enquiries both existing and potential enquiries. - Dealing with all inquiries about the Eye Level Programmes, new student registration, re-enroll. - Provide counseling to interested enquirers and conduct proper follow up to ensure converting them to current student - Phone call and other sale activities follow to maximize enrolment - Proper manage of current student, parent’s expectations. PERFORMANCE MEASURES: - Satisfaction of members and potential members - Contribute to member growth and segments sales - Managing to meet the KPIs for member retention • CENTER OPERATION MANAGEMENT - Manage instructor (fulltime and part time) teaching quality, key in progress chart of instructors, class flow, class schedule and staff working hours. - Supervise for center admin factor such as appearance, equipment’s, stationaries, decorating, cleaning, safety… - Recheck in Tuition fee collection, bank in and report to Finance weekly - Coordinate with Logistic officer about booklet management at center PERFORMANCE MEASURES: - Ensure Learning Centers following the standard class flow & operations which directed by Eye Level • DATABASE - Manage student information records - Customer / details - Processing registrations, recess number management PERFORMANCE MEASURES: - Accuracy of database information; - Fulfillment of prescribed process and standard of archiving. • MEMBER EVENTS ORGANIZATION - Action Plan of center’s events and cooperate with Marketing, Training team to conducted events which aim to maximize sales. - Identify suitable topics and organize Parents Seminar at center monthly. PERFORMANCE MEASURES: - Success of functions - Positive feedback from members • REPORTING and OTHER - Preparation of reports as required by Line Manager PERFORMANCE MEASURES: - Efficiency in preparing reports and quality of such reports to all involved parties
