- Check construction design drawing (M&E, Firefighting…). Giving the green opinion, energy saving into the drawing.- Check and supervise the industrial constructions (M&E, Firefighting…).- Check existing constructions to recognize the disadvantages for improvement of using experience and efficiency of using capacity.- Establish the schedule reports, follow up the schedule timeline, review and solve related issues.- Execute the projects as superior’s requests.- Report to direct superior.- Execute contract, Acceptance and related document.- Kiểm tra các bản vẽ thiết kế hệ thống Điện nước, PCCC… của công trình. Đưa những ý tưởng thiết kế xanh, giảm tiêu hao năng lượng vào trong thiết kế.- Kiểm tra, giám sát các công trình Điện nước, PCCC.- Kiểm tra các công trình hiện hữu, đưa ra những khuyết điểm khi sử dụng để có thể cải thiện và nâng cao hiệu suất sử dụng.- Lập các báo cáo tiến độ, theo dõi tiến độ, xem xét và giải quyết bất thường.- Làm các chuyên án theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.- Báo cáo cho Chủ quản trực tiếp.- Xử lý Hợp đồng, nghiệm thu và các chứng từ liên quan.

- This position is required to administer the business from a legal and compliance perspective and to ensure the company is in compliance with local and corporate legal requirements and provide adequately and timely consultation to the management on legal and business issues. Provide day-to-day all aspects of legal for the VN group operation, including:- Set up and maintain legal library (softcopy & hardcopy) of legal regulations and legal advice - Company regulation/legal issues relating to operation- Assist in the legal review of kind contracts if any- Implementation of law/ group regulation compliance initiatives- Advise factory operations on investment, custom, labor and tax matters when appropriate- Advise factory operations on any changes in the law and developments and develop a system to efficiently disseminate the information- Report to Holding General Manager/ Operation Manager.
