POSITION PURPOSE Report to Finance & HR Manager of Go Vacation Vietnam, the HR cum Admin Executive, based in HCMC, supports the Finance & HR Manager in the provision of an all-round HR/Admin service for the management and employees of Go Vacation Vietnam Responsibilities - In charge of the receptionist work such as telephone taking, welcoming guests, etc - Take care of sending, receiving letters/packages/goods, etc - Handle the purchasing of stationery, F&B for the office, flowers, inks, etc - Follow up taxi cards and other payments for the offices - Maintain a good and tidy atmosphere in the reception area, meeting room - Processing visa, work permit, temporary residence card, driver’s license for expat-riates in compliance with the prevailing legal regulations; - Organize events like birthday, gathering parties…. - Provide basic HR support including leave record management and reporting, col-lecting of medical claims form for the teams in office, doing C&B, timesheet, leave records, contact list - Supporting and coordinating recruitment procedures, including screening CV and short-listing candidates, arranging interviews with head of department and manager in charge; - Prepares letter of offer to selected candidates and letter of rejection to unsuccessful candidates. - Assist new staff in administrative process, resignation process, exit interview - Work closely with Finance & HR manager at Go Vacation office to keep abreast of HR best practice, group direction/strategy and in support of special group-wide HR programs/projects.) - Other duties requested by direct line manager.
Location: 12th Floor, 70-72 Ba Trieu, Hoan Kiem,HN • Import Sale Order & Purchase Order to Accounting software (Exact) from Reservation System • Receive Revenue & Cost of goods sold from Sale order & Purchase Order • Record bank/cash transactions • Bank/Cash reconciliation • AR / AP report • Prepare and check the invoice to send to clients • Others required by Go Vacation Viet Nam
- Mua sắm, cài đặt, khắc phục sự cố và hướng dẫn sử dụng các phần cứng/phần mềm cơ bản: máy tính, tổng đài điện thoại , máy in, email (Outtlook), Microsoft Office. - Hỗ trợ và phối hợp với các nhà cung cấp để xử lý hệ thống mạng, kết nối Internet - Hỗ trợ tạo và thu hồi (khi nhân viên nghỉ việc) các tài khoản email (MS Office 365), - Hỗ trợ phần mềm kế toán và hỗ trợ back up dữ liệu hàng ngày - Một số công việc hỗ trợ IT khác (nếu có) theo yêu cầu của quản lý.
