- Good experience in garment production, understanding the merchandising process, be able to control each process to be completed on time. - Have experience in dealing/communicating with overseas buyer on regular basis, and be able to tactfully manage and nurture relationship with buyer. - Booking fabric & accessory to keep line schedule input on time. - Follow up development, fit, PP sample and submit on time for approval to keep line schedule input on time - Able to do costing for Jacket and Coats - Follow up status of order from beginning to shipment (such as fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, packing, inspection) - Weekly updating order summary to factory team. Communicate with internal and factory teams, Overseas Offices and Customers.
Chief Acountant • Reporting to Finance Controller • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures. • Manage the Company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems in compliant with all relevant Vietnam regulations as well as company accounting policies. • Checking and monitor all payment vouchers and receipt vouchers. • Follow cost at the site and import materials. • Manage processing time of bank payments • Working with the Taxation Dept, Statistics Dept, banks, auditors and other Vietnamese government authorities for all works relating to accounting and finance of the company. • Advise on and deal with tax issues to ensure compliance with tax legislation • Being always pro-active and finding legal ways of improving the company financial situation • Provide insightful financial and tax analysis • Lead or contribute in other ad-hoc initiatives as assigned (e.g. develop and implement improvements to policies and procedures, systems, etc) • Support members of other finance functions and/or counterparts in subsidiaries/affiliates across the entire country so as to ensure performance is of consistently high quality. C&B - In charge of Salary & Insurance (C & B) - Management of personnel issues: rules, regulations, contracts, disciplines ... Working with the Social Insurance Agency, Labor Office, Department of Labor on issues related to wages, regimes and benefits of employees.
