JOB OVERVIEW + Group Office Manager is the position to manage the office of 2000 m2 in District 3. This role will be to help maintain, renovate office and support the company’s administration functions. + As Group Office Manager, you will be overseeing a wide range of administrative tasks including general office operations. Report to HR Director KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Office & Facility + Manage contract and negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease. + Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time. + Coordinate with Building in identifying & fixing issues related to building facilities + Ensure all office & IT equipment operate efficiently + Assist in office set up and identify equipment requirements + Partner with IT admin to purchase/replace/maintain/upgrade equipment + Liaise with the relevant parties, supplier for office new set up, renovation and maintenance. Department: HR Job Description: C&B Officer Reporting To: Group HR & Office Director • Complete social and health insurance, personal accident insurance or other insurance benefits for employees every month upon case-by-case basis. • Contact social, health offices and labor authorities on providing labor book, social insurance book and health care card for employees as per local law. • Update staffs list & payroll of all staffs to Insurance Broker (quarterly). • Make the report to Social Insurance every month as per mandatory requirement. • Complete the transferring procedure Social Insurance Book for leaving staffs. • Complete the final compensation and severance allowance for leaving employees. • Make monthly reconciliation report on total compensations to clarify the difference. • Complete monthly personal income tax declaration for employees, or expatriates and report to Tax Department. • Contact Tax authorities on new issues of personal income tax and inform to employees promptly. • Register for the changes in staffs to the Service Labor, Invalid and Social Affairs • Paper works (labor contract, offer letter, filling document etc).
