1. Continuous improvement of the HSE Integrated Management System. Ensure HSE standards are practical, aligned with best practice and compliant with Vietnamese legislation. Ensure all employees are aware of and meet their obligations under the relevant HSE legislation 2. Provision of HSE Information, instruction, induction and training Provide direction and guidance to project management teams, site personnel and subcontractor management, in methods for avoiding job-related illnesses and injuries, and environment, property and equipment damage. Develop and provide HSE induction, training as reqd. 3. Assist teams in investigation of all HSE events and ensure proper records are completed and submitted. Assist in implementation of corrective actions as it relates to the HSE event and ensure “lessons learned” are communicated effectively 4. Equipment calibration Ensure all relevant equipment, machines, tools required for calibration and compliance to safety regulations, are properly controlled. 5. Waste and Environmental Management Ensure legislation environmental requirements are understood and measures are implemented to ensure compliance. Be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of secure waste management procedures.

• Coordinate the maintenance & operations of M&E services including mechanical servicing and repair work • Liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors on the progress of M&E works • Supervise subcontractors works according to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statement and local codes and regulations • Liaise and work with relevant authorities/ subcontractors/ clients on shop drawings/ equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning • Ability to carry out ACMV installation • Carry out troubleshooting, commissioning and repair work • Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of work • Supervise assigned work site to ensure it follows approved shop drawings • Schedule and carry out inspection with RE/RTO • Implement approved method statements • Update work plans on regular basis • Liaise with Main Contractor and Sub Contractor

Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. 2. Document financial transactions by entering account information. 3. Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options. 4. Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. 5. Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents. 6. Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. 7. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. 8. Secure financial information by completing data base backups. 9. Maintain financial security by following internal controls. 10. Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. 11. Comply with financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions. 12. Deal with external auditor for statutory audits. 13. Prepare, analyze, and control budgets and performance reports. 14. Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. 15. Arrange insurances for property, transport, and other liabilities; dealing with any insurance claims 16. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. 17. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed 18. Submit the statements which State Administration of Foreign Exchange, Tax bureau, finance bureau and other government departments required. 19. Execute other tasks assigned by the Team Leader/Administration & HR Manager/General Director.
