Mô tả công việcAt the event:
- Confirm details of the membership the client has agreed to purchase
- Make sure the client clearly understands the No refund policy and that all contracts are legally binding.
- Explain detail of the contract as well as the checklist clearly and provide enough information for clients before they become our member.
- Resolve all clients’ questions that involve the contract or payment schedule
- Support clients to complete their contract such as filling in the contract fully and give it to clients for signing
- Collect money.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow cash flow as well as remind clients for the next their payment term a few days before the date on the Booking Sheet.
- Respond promptly to client’s inquiries if they get any troubles with their contract.
- Handle and resolve client’s complaints
Yêu cầu công việc-WOMAN, Age from 20 - 28
-At least 2 years experience in equivalent position
-Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
-Degree in business administration or relative field
-Have the skills and experience to solve problems, manage time
-Be good at office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
-Working in the evening is compulsory (from 2pm to 9pm)
-Good English communication
