A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION CREATORY is looking for a Senior Creative or Creative Director who can conceive and implement visual marketing programs that range from digital commercial film to social media viral video. The Senior/ Creative Director will be responsible for developing engaging collateral for our clients that tells a story and elicits an emotional response from viewers (consumers). The successful candidate will work closely with the planning, design, graphic arts, video production and marketing personnel to deliver content that exceeds the expectations of our clients and viewers. B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Initiate and design complex and simple marketing plans based on client specifications • Ensure that each project has the specific financial and personnel resources it requires to be successful • Attend sales presentations to help clients understand the creative angle of each marketing program • Work with the executive team to implement marketing materials for the firm to help increase the firm’s exposure • Collaborate with design personnel to ensure that all creative ideas are presented properly • Be creative with content, quick with trend, and apply new innovation for the production output.

C, REQUIREMENT: Qualification: • Competence in spoken and written English • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Filming required (Master’s degree preferred) • (3+ for Sr.) 5+ years’ experience in a marketing, advertising or creative leadership role • Proven success in managing teams for commercial film, advertisement, or viral videos. • Portfolio of previous work that displays an ability to turn an idea into a video piece • Strong communication and computer skills • Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite a plus • Comprehensive knowledge of the marketing & commercial filming process Skills: • Creativity: Creative directors will invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages. They need to understand design and smart copy, and recognize fresh approaches to advertising. • Analytical Skills: Advertising and marketing is ever-evolving, and good creative directors are able to analyze trends, look at new data and keep with the times. • Decision-Making Skills: Advertising campaigns have timelines, and creative directors will need to make decisions on final copy, final art, finished commercials and radio spots. • Interpersonal Skills: Creative directors will meet with corporate heads and clients on a regular basis. Being a good communicator to all involved will help greatly. • Management Skills: Creative directors often have to keep many creatives on schedule, and manage their own time.
