The Customer Service Agent oversees and supervises our Service Partners at the airport, performs office administrations and as well as takes on ad-hoc projects to improve the service quality at the Station. Ground operations, mostly handled by our Service Partners, include checking-in of passengers, loading/unloading of baggage/cargo, catering of inflight meals etc. Office administrations may include, but not limited to, invoice verifications, preparation of reports and audit compliance checks. Ad-hoc projects can vary from process/service improvements to cost-savings initiatives. Candidates must have as minimum requirements, a degree from a reputable university, have excellent command in reading, writing and speaking English (and Vietnamese), and be willing to perform shift duties (no overnight/late-night shifts). Candidates are expected to be good in computer skills and proficient in basic computer software for Office. Candidates should also be service-oriented with an outgoing personality and enjoy interaction with people on a daily basis. Candidates who have demonstrated basic leadership skills and ability to work under pressure will be valued.
