lThis is a Customer Service cum Sales Admin role responsible for delivering excellent service support to our clients and merchants (external stakeholders) and ensuring the merchant network compliance.
lA key function will be to monitor day-to-day activities of external stakeholders in order to deliver service support if required and frequently in phone call contact and arrange site visit all merchant location in the network.
lThe role is highly personal relationship management, which requires strong experience in customer service, data analytic and communication skills (listening, presenting, and complaint handling).
lData analytic, reporting tasks and process are an important part of the role.
lGood in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point) and familiar with Online application.
lFluent English speaker is an avantage.

Yêu cầu công việc

As part of Edenred Vietnam, you will be in charge of:
lCustomer support :
oBe assigned external stakeholders by your Customer Service Manager.
oConducting service support to external stakeholders when required with excellent service quality by following Customer dispute procedure and commitment of the Company.
oProfessional and engaging dealings with customers over the phone, via email and in person.
oWork with CRM.
oAction leads, customer enquires and complaints in an appropriate manner.
oDeliver several data analytics on external stakeholder’s activities and performance.
oReport to Customer Service Manager.
lSales admin:
oPerforms sales admin activities: account registration, card issuance, service fee collection, etc..
oPerform outbound call to gather client’s information, seeking for prospect as first level
questioning and arrange sales appointment.
oDeliver several data analytics on external stakeholder’s activities and performance.
lAnd other tasks assigned by Customer Service Manager to support the company’s business.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND PROFILE
We are looking for individuals with [2-3 years] experience in a similar function in a service company and/or in electronic payment segment. Candidates who have specific certificate related to Customer service are prioritized.
He/she will also have to demonstrate:
- Ability in communication.
- Able to document and follow processes.
- Ability to problem solve and take responsibility for a process area.
- Engaging interpersonal skills in person and over the phone.
- Proven customer service and telephone sales skills.
- Detail thinking.
- Able to listen and respond to needs of others.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. Diligent and ensure tasks are fully completed.
- Committed and passionate about developing a career in a professional business environment.
- Able to travel frequently across the country.
Languages required: Vietnamese and English
