Mô tả công việc

• Meet customers at the clinic lobby or at the client’s location (company health-check)
• Boost clinic sales by providing advice and recommendations about our products & services
• Listen and understand the customer needs in order to achieve the customer satisfaction with the adequate service
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and/or via telephone calls and emails
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with existing and potential customers to get the customer feedback and to offer promotions, new products & services etc…
• Respond to incoming emails and phone enquiries when required
• Gather market and customer information
• Attend corporate health-checks, both on-site (at the company location) and at the clinics in order to provide advice about CarePlus services suitable to the customer needs
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
• Follow-up closely all sales recorded
• Monitor own sales performance and meet or exceed targets
• Attend team meetings, trainings and sharing best sales practices with other colleagues such as receptionists and nurses
• Work collaboratively with strong team spirit with Front Office team, Health Check Team and Nurse Team
• Develop new sales ideas and discuss with the COO for consideration/implementation
• Provide daily/weekly or monthly sales reports as required by the COO

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 2-3 years experience/track records in Sales – ideally within Service or HealthCare Industry
• Natural ability and desire to sell
• Excellent communication skills, inter-personal skills, and personal influence
• Resilience and ability to cope with rejection
• Excellent presentation
• Bachelor degree in Commerce/Sales or equivalent
• Strong networking skills; energetic and outgoing personality
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proactive, takes initiative to drive and complete projects
• Good command of English
