- Communications with customers and Providers. - Handle customer enquiries and complaints to assist and recommend appropriate solutions, enabling customers to enjoy products and services. - Cooperate and negotiate with Providers to bring amicable solutions and satisfaction to customers - Ensure pending cases are processed within required timeframe following company’s procedure - Process booking according to customers request via Internal/external system - Other duties assigned by Managers.
